You may wonder the meaning behind our name...well, that's fair enough, so let me explain.

MINI- We primarily milk and breed Miniture Jersey Cows. 

MOSAIC- We are a large family composed of many broken pieces who were placed together through adoption, creating the beautiful picture of our lives. 

     ACRE- Years and years ago, when our farm began, we struck forward towards our dream with less than two acres of land.  Now we have grown to 27 and care for our animals through rotational grazing. We raise Jersey and Mini Jersey cows, Kune Kune pigs, and a plethora of poultry! We also have two little ponies named D'Artagnan and Jack Pot and well... who knows what else might find around here...we can't help ourselves...we love animals!
